You can’t currently set a charge unit rate to zero (£0), but we can help by making the change for you in the backend as a service request.
To enable us to change the charge unit type rate, please provide the following:
The name as it appears in the database that requires changing.
A screenshot of the navigation to that charge unit type from the admin tool
You should also specify the current rate and confirm the desired rate to be £0.
The test instance you would like this to be tested (especially prior to implementing in Prod)
