You can’t reopen a budget once it’s ended. However, you can restart the budget by going through the workflow again.
The new indicative budget needs to be different from the old one, even if it’s just by a penny. It won’t pull through if it’s not different. You’ll need to make a decision through a plan to reopen the budget (i.e., via a form).
