Error:
'The domiciliary contract specified does not allow provider unit costs to be overridden.'
In Mosaic Provider Portal, Contracts can be configured to have their unit costs configured within Provider Portal or sent from Mosaic. Most commonly they are sent from Mosaic.
β
If you get an entry in the exception work tray that states 'WARNING: The domiciliary contract specified does not allow provider unit costs to be overridden', it means that Mosaic has sent costs, but the Provider Portal Contract is not configured to allow them.
β
To configure the Contract to allow unit cost overrides: -
Log on to Provider Portal Admin.
Go to the Payments, Contracts, Provider Contracts.
Find and double click on the Contract for the service order in exception. The Contract Number is given in the exception work tray item.
Click Edit in the right hand pane.
Check the box labelled Allow Provider Unit Costs to be overridden.
Click Save.
Next time the Service Order Import runs, it will process the Exception and this time the costs will be overridden successfully.
