Admin missing service orders

In this article, we explain why service order imports may fail in Mosaic due to contract rules about day-of-week settings.

Error in the Service Order Import Exception Worktray:
'WARNING: β€˜The domiciliary contract period that covers the start date of this order requires that day of week is NOT specified on service orders.
Day of week is specified on one or more rate categories in this order.’

This happens because the contract isn't set up to accept day-of-the-week values. Mosaic sends the days of the week for occurrence-based services, but if the contract isn't configured to accept them, the import will fail.

The most common cause is that the checkbox Must Record Day Of Week Against Care Plan Summary has been unticked for the current contract period. When this setting doesn't match the contract's template or expected configuration, it causes exceptions during the import process.

To fix this, make sure the contract's settings match its original template specifically, that the Must Record Day Of Week" setting is configured correctly for the type of service.

Once you've updated the contract, these exceptions should clear, and the service orders will import as expected.
