The conditional mandatory rule works on the first sections in a Repeating Subsection. However, it doesn’t work in the second and subsequent sections of the Repeating Subsection.
As a workaround you can use a cursor script to inspect the question in the repeating sub-sections. Then, set a question outside the repeating sub-section and use this for the mandatory next-action rule.
