If you're having slow performance issues, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please include the following information:

  • When was this first reported?

  • How many people are affected?

  • Is there a local IT issue?

For non-hosted customers, can you also provide the following logs. Your internal IT team can help with this.

  • framework.logs

  • Stuck threads from Weblogic.

  • .out logs
