Hosted customers

If you’re a hosted customer and encounter an error where you cannot run reports, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Self-hosted customers

If you're self-hosted, follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Log into the PROD weblogic server.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you have 2x app servers due to load balancing, ensure you do this to both.

  2. On the left-hand side navigate to services tab then data sources.

  3. Under the JNDI name, find and select ReportDS from the main table.

  4. Once opened, stay in the first tab, Configuration, General, and click the Save button.

  5. Then go into the second tab called Connection Pool and click the Save button.

Doing this will refresh the report's datasource and resolve the issue.
