What is Redgate?

The Access Group uses Redgate Monitoring across its database estate, not just for Mosaic. It provides central access to information on database resource usage so we can effectively manage the large estate of SQL Server databases that The Access Group host.

What data does Redgate collect?

The monitoring solution will pick up statistical and resource allocation information only. No customer client data is stored.

How does Redgate impact on Mosaic?

Redgate monitoring is a proven solution that hasn't got a noticeable impact on the performance of the monitored database.

Can The Access Group share the information gathered by Redgate?

No, the information we routinely collect won't be shared. If there's an incident and Redgate helps with root cause identification, then relevant data will be shared.
