How can I access the Mosaic Customer Led Configuration (CLC) instance?

The instance is available via the internet and firewall protected. To access the externally facing public IP address for internet traffic from your network will need to be added to the allowed list managed by The Access Group. If your IP has already been added to the list, then you should see the Mosaic login page when trying the link's below:

England - https://customerengland.accessacloud.com/mosaic/
Scotland - https://familiarisationscotland.accessacloud.com/mosaic/

Each customer is provided with two logins. If you're unsure of the details for your organisation or require any support with the connection to the CLC instance, please raise a new case and we will assist.
