Mosaic customers with a SQL Server database cannot change their own password from the Mosaic front end. It will still be possible to change the password in the Admin Tool but not all users will have access to the Admin Tool. This can be because of a problem with the Mosaic stored procedure which changes the users password or a missing permission on the fw login.
π Note: The stored procedure is fixed in Mosaic v22.2 or higher.
