For Self-Hosted Customer:

In some circumstances the contents of the MIS activemq-data folder can become excessive and lead to insufficient disk space on the Mosaic application server. This is more likely to occur when MIS is used to integrate with an ERDMS system e.g. Wisdom, Civica or Information at Work (I@W). To clear the contents of this folder follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Weblogic for the application server where MIS is installed.

  2. Shutdown the MIS server in Weblogic.

  3. Delete all the files from the following directory on the application server, see default path below:

    /home/oracle/mis-deployment/activemq-data

πŸ“Œ Note: The path to the mis-deployment folder can be found in the server start arguments of the MIS server in Weblogic.

  4. Start the MIS server in Weblogic.
