During the 24.1 upgrade, we applied a fix to resolve the criteria duration defect. Please see Item 99 (Person record 502195) in the Access Mosaic Case Management 24.1 release notes.

We've since identified that the Exceptional Date configuration wasn't correctly factored in during the upgrade, which set the Retain until date to the Retention start date.

We've addressed this issue for any planned upgrades. However, if you use the Exceptional Date configuration and have received a 24.1 upgrade, you'll need a fix for your system.

β€‹πŸ“Œ Note: A fix is available for customers who haven't yet received a 24.1 upgrade. Refer to the following for your next actions:

  • Hosted customers: No additional action is required as the above script will be performed during your upgrade.

  • On-premises customers: Please ensure you've requested the additional script before running your upgrade.
