Example of the warning:

“Client Person Id 12823, "Care at Home - Adults with Disabilities - Option 3->Sleep overs - Care at Home (Shared) - Weekly" Element(s) ending 01/01/2300”

You might see warnings in your Population Script Logs for people whose services end on 01/01/2300, but when you check, the services are open and current.

This bug was fixed in Mosaic Reports Repository version 23.2. The issue occurs because when a rate is uplifted, the old rate commitments aren't removed from the reporting tables, which is where the B13 gets its information.

To fix the issue, you'll need to test Reports 23.2 or above on a non-production instance. Once it's signed off, apply Reports Repository 23.2 or above to your production instance. You might already have a test or UAT instance with these versions, which you can use to confirm the issue is gone.

If you're unsure which Report Repository version you have, it's stated near the top of the Population Script Logs. Another place to check on Mosaic is:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Select Reports library.

  3. Click Mosaic Reports Repository.

  4. Select Mosaic Reports.

  5. Select System.

  6. Select Repository Info.

  7. Click Reports Repository version.

  8. Click Run.

  9. Click View.

You'll be able to see if you're now on 24.1
