The system property for the bulk delete screen limit is set to 1000, which ensures optimal performance. If you’re thinking of increasing it, remember it could impact the system and potentially affect other overnight tasks that are scheduled to start simultaneously.

We recommend that if you wish to increase the amount, you make small changes in a non-live environment such as MOSDEV, MOSTEST or MOSTRAIN for testing. We suggest you leave it overnight to see the results. Once you’re happy that the results aren’t impeding other tasks, you can then complete the change within the MOSPROD environment.

To change the setting, follow these simple steps:

  1. From the top menu, either select Narrow workview or Closed workview.

  2. Click Tools then from the following screen click System Properties.

  3. Scroll through the pages or use the search box until you find the option Bulk Delete Screen Limit.

  4. Click edit, update the valve, and click Save.
