NHS recently made a decision to include the E1 status in the Looked After statuses that can be uploaded for CP-IS. This is not enforced, NHS England are aware that customers on earlier versions of Mosaic will not be able to include this.

E1 Placement Order status can be included in the upload from Mosaic 22.2.4.0 but should not be included prior to this, as this will cause errors in Mosaic which cannot be resolved through the front end.

E1 can be included by updating the values in the MO_CPIS_LAC_LEGAL_STATUS_CODES table to include this legal status. Hosted customers please raise a support call for this update to be made once you have upgraded to the supported version.

Customers who are on versions of Mosaic earlier than 22.2.4.0 and have the E1 status already mapped in the MO_CPIS_LAC_LEGAL_STATUS_CODES table should remove this (or request removal of this, for hosted customers). Once legal status(es) are removed from the MO_CPIS_LAC_LEGAL_STATUS_CODES mapping table, a delete date will be generated for any person records uploaded against those legal statuses when the upload job next runs, which will remove the flags at the NHS end (compliant with the current specification).

If E1 continues to be included in versions of Mosaic prior to 22.2.4.0, this is very likely to cause increased CP-IS errors, and we may need to charge for any support needed for these.
