There are six alert triggers you can use to manage CP-IS notifications.

πŸ“Œ Note: You can add a related worker recipient for subject-based alerts, but not for non-subject-based alerts, as it's not owned by a single subject.

The CP-IS worker's role must have the Next Actions granular permissions set to at least Browse for the alerts to work. You can configure the alert trigger recipients in the Alert Configuration screen. This enables you to have the alerts sent to a recipient for subject-based alerts. You can access the screen by the following:

  1. Click Tools.

  2. Click Configuration Tools.

  3. Click Alert Configuration.

Modify an alert trigger

To update an alert trigger and define the required recipients, click the pencilbutton next to the alert.

Enable or disable the alert trigger

You can enable or disable the alert trigger from the alert details section.

  1. Select or de-select the Is enabled checkbox.

  2. To save, click the diskbutton.

Add recipient

You can add any number of recipients for the alert, allowing you to add the right people to action the alert. For subject-based alerts, you can specify both related workers, and worker roles.


Related worker recipient

  1. Click the personbutton.

  2. On the Related worker list, select the worker requiring the alert.

  3. Click Add or Add and close.

  4. To save, click the diskbutton.

Worker role recipient

  1. Click the person button.

  2. Enter a team name and click Find.

  3. On the Role in selected team list, select the role requiring the alert.

  4. Click Add or Add and close.

  5. To save, click the diskbutton.

Delete recipient

You can remove recipients from the Alert recipient section.

  • Next to the required recipient, click the crossbutton.
