Duplicate subject line in step

In this article, we address why a duplicate subject line in a step identified through a bespoke report is causing an issue.

This issue happens, when you open the report through Documents, you’ll see a duplicate line even though the step itself doesn’t have a duplicate. This, in turn, causes the report to fail to run or complete.


If you run into this, please raise a new case we'll arrange to run a script that removes the duplicate. After that, we can either run the pop job manually or let it run on schedule, which should fix the issue.
