You can update the communication needs option by following these steps:
Log in to Mosaic with your username and password.
Once you're logged in, navigate to the top menu and click on Tools.
From the dropdown menu, select Configuration Tools.
Next, in the Configuration Tools section, click on AIS configuration.
Click the edit pencil on the communication needs.
