If you'd like a new message to display on the login screen (where you enter your username and password), or the Mosaic main screen (first screen after you've just logged in) you can do this by following the below steps:

Click Tools.
Click Configuration tools.
Click System properties.
To edit a message in Mosaic main screen search the list for "loginScreenMessage"
To edit a message on the first Mosaic login screen search the list for "additionaltitle"
Edit the Value and click Save.
