When you output a form with repeating subsections to PDF or Word, if any of these subsections is left blank, it won’t ‘count’ any blank subsections in the output. This might change the numbering in the output, as it’ll only include sections where you’ve input information.

We don’t expect users to include blank repeating subsections. They should either complete some information in these sections or remove them from the form. So, it’s unlikely to be a common issue and you can fix it by removing the blank sections within Mosaic.

This doesn’t apply to subjects, multi-subjects, or find party repeating subsections, as the subject or party name will be recognised as an input, so it doesn’t see these sections as blank and doesn’t omit them.
