Date of Birth and Date of Death not updating correctly in person details banner

In this article, we look at why date of birth and date of death don’t update correctly when selecting View all Case Notes from a Case Note alert.

This is a bug and has now been resolved by our Development Team - fix version: 22.2.4.0

Steps to replicate

  • Create case note alerts on 2 individual person records Person 1 and Person 2.

  • Add a different date of birth for Person 1 and Person 2.

  • Add a date of death for Person 2 only.

  • Click on the subject link for Person 1 from the narrow workview.

  • Click on the case note title for the Case Note Alert for Person 1 from the narrow workview.

  • Click 'View all Case Notes' and this loads the case notes with the correct details in the Person details banner.

  • Click on the subject link for Person 2 from the narrow workview

  • Click on the case note title for the Case Note Alert for Person 1 from the narrow workview.

  • This loads the case notes for Person 1 but the Date of Birth and Date of Death for Person 2.
