Alerts widget does not fit on page at minimum resolution

In this article, we explore why the alerts widget may not fit on screen at minimum resolution during person or case note creation.

We’re aware of an issue with the alerts widget not fitting after you create a person and then expand the alert widget.

This appears at 1366x768 resolution following these steps:

  1. Expand the alerts widget.

  2. Create a Person.

  3. Add a Case Note with an alert recipient, then click Finish.

  4. Go to the homepage.

  5. Click on the expand icon in the alert widget.

To avoid this issue, we suggest the following:

  • Increase your screen resolution.

  • View the case note from the person record.

  • Use closed workview.

This is in our product backlog for resolution in a future release.
