We’re aware of an issue with the alerts widget not fitting after you create a person and then expand the alert widget.
This appears at 1366x768 resolution following these steps:
Expand the alerts widget.
Create a Person.
Add a Case Note with an alert recipient, then click Finish.
Go to the homepage.
Click on the expand icon in the alert widget.
To avoid this issue, we suggest the following:
Increase your screen resolution.
View the case note from the person record.
Use closed workview.
