Unable to access Admin Tool due to third login window failure

In this article, we will explain why you can’t login to the admin tool, and it fails to bring up the third login window.

This issue happens because we removed the functionality to disconnect after a certain period of time in version 22.2 of the admin tool.

To bypass this:

  • Click on the previous version of the admin tool icon.

  • When the message appears that the version is not compatible, exit that window.

  • Then click on the version you're trying to get back to.

If this workaround doesn't work, please raise a new support case, and we'll investigate further.
