This has been identified as a bug and fixed from Mosaic 22.2.4.0
The system function AMENDPERSON should remove the 'Change' links in the person summary widgets for all the items covered by the Person details menu in the person summary.
If a worker does not have the permission AMENDPERSON then they should not be able to edit any of the below:
Basic details.
Addresses.
Telephone numbers / email.
Preferred communication method.
Classes.
Other names.
Date of death.
Current communication needs.
GP.
Organisational relationships.
Responsible authority relationships.
Personal relationships.
Worker relationships.
Employment status.
References.
Service user groups.
Notes.
Finance data.
Ecomap.
