This Cookie Policy explains how the Access Group ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognise you when you visit our Mosaic case management application at accessacloud.com ("Application"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
In some cases we may use cookies to collect personal information, or that becomes personal information if we combine it with other information.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by us are called "first party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than us are called "third party cookies". Third party cookies enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognise your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites.
Why do we use cookies?
We use first and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Application to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Application. Third parties serve cookies through our Application for advertising, analytics and other purposes. This is described in more detail below.
How can I control cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. When you first access Mosaic, a cookie consent banner will give you the option to accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or customise your preferences. You can also exercise your cookie rights at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the page footer.
If you choose to reject non-essential cookies, you may still use our Application and all core case management features will continue to work normally. The only functionality affected will be NPS feedback surveys provided by Wootric. You may also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser-to-browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information.
Your cookie preferences will be remembered for 12 months, after which you will be asked to review and confirm your choices.

About Wootric (Analytics Cookies)
Wootric is a service provided by InMoment that helps us collect customer feedback through Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys. These surveys ask you to rate your experience with Mosaic and provide optional written feedback. This information helps us understand how well Mosaic is working for you and where we can make improvements.
Wootric cookies are not required for Mosaic to function. All core case management features β including login, navigation, case records, forms, search, document management, and reporting β work normally without these cookies. If you choose not to accept analytics cookies, the only difference is that you will not see NPS feedback surveys.
When you first access Mosaic, you will be asked whether you consent to analytics cookies. You can accept or reject them at any time using the cookie consent banner or by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the page footer. If you have previously accepted analytics cookies and wish to withdraw your consent, your preference will be updated immediately and Wootric will stop collecting data.
For more information about how Wootric handles your data, please visit the InMoment Privacy Policy.
