Browser autofill issue with Mosaic

This article is to make customers aware that we have received reports that browser autofill functionality can affect fields within Mosaic.

Browser autofill settings are managed externally to Mosaic and are not controlled by the application. These settings are determined by your web browser and local device configuration.

If you notice unexpected data appearing in Mosaic fields, or fields being populated automatically with incorrect information, this may be related to your browser's autofill feature rather than Mosaic itself.

What you can do

As browser autofill settings fall outside of Mosaic's control, we suggest reviewing your local browser and device configurations if you experience any issues with fields being auto-populated.

Your local IT team will be best placed to advise on browser settings and configurations within your organisation's environment.
