In some cases, this issue happens because the addressMapLinkPrefix System Property value is missing a character. This causes the link to default to your location rather than the person’s address.
To fix this, check the value of the addressMapLinkPrefix System Property. It should display: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=
If it doesn’t, update it and then restart Mosaic for the change to take effect.
Once this is set correctly, the View Map link will take you straight to the postcode area of the person’s address just like it should.
