Age banded rates are incorrect following a change to date of birth

Age banded rates, and elements that apply on a birthday, are calculated at the time of purchase only. When this kind of purchase is made, all future commitments are created with the dates relevant at that point.

After purchase, changes to a client date of birth will not automatically make any changes to those purchases.

If a date of birth is changed and that client has age related services, the services will need to be repurchased to use the revised birth date.
