This is a known issue.

In mosaic there is a mapping that populates a Care Package's indicative allocation value from a question in a form. This mapping is retained during the conversion of frameworki forms. Frameworki was the predecessor to Mosaic.

However, there is no means to update this in Mosaic and the Report Filter Mapping in the Admin Tool is no longer supported.

Therefore, this can be worked around by inserting the mapping for each question via a script.

If you have a new question (question user code) that you need mapped to a Budget template form, then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Please include the following information:

  • Template Name.

  • Question User Code.

  • Package Budget Type.

  • The instance you require the insertion.

An example of this information presented to us would be:

  • Template Name = Rapid Response Contact Decision.

  • Question User Code (QUC) = RD_ERRCOC_Budget.

  • Package Budget Type = Adults - Personal Budget.

  • Instance = Mosprod and Mostest.
