Where the Mosaic Provider Portal contract isn’t pro rata and not occurrence based, partially purchased weeks in Mosaic will import to the portal as a full week commitment. If using weekly pro rata elements in Mosaic this can cause a mismatch between the two systems. . Full weeks should be purchased for these contracts, or where not possible, the partial weeks should take the form of a variation.
Pro rata contracts allow midweek rate changes and services, but you can't record service variations in Mosaic for them.
The contract would have been set up the way it's following discussion with an Access Finance Consultant. It shouldn’t be changed without discussion with Access.
