Javascript and CSS resources in the Mosaic code base are now versioned with each release. This means it is no longer necessary to clear the browser cache when changing Mosaic versions.

However, customers have reported in recent versions they are required to clear the browser cache manually in order for screens to render as expected.

Please update your support case with details of any errors identified. We will continue to keep this article updated as our investigation progresses.
