You can clone forms by following the below steps:
Export the moform you want to clone:
Click Tools.
Select Configuration tool.
Click Form/letter templates.
The Template Manager screen will show. Click View Template icon
Click the Export form icon.
Edit the moform file after exporting:
Right click the moform export file and select edit with Notepad ++
Search and edit the templateUserCode
Save and close.
Import the file back to Mosaic:
Click Tools.
Select Configuration tool.
Click Form/letter templates.
Click the import template icon
on the top left.
Import the form using the choose file button.
On the title, select Use the following.
Assign a new title under the title section (see screenshot.)
Click Ok.
