If you’re encountering the error ‘Response enricher failed for endpoint WISDOM’ when uploading documents via the attachments tab or within steps, it might be because Mosaic is integrated with Wisdom for document management. This error is only applicable when Mosaic integrates with Wisdom.
Possible work arounds
Try removing the + (plus) character or hyphens from the filename before trying to attach the document.
Try renaming the file to a shorter name if it is long.
Remove trailing spaces, line feed characters, carriage control line feeds, and forbidden characters.
Make sure the file name isn’t too long and has a supported extension.
