MIS error on startup

In this article, we examine a memory error in ActiveMQ where broker usage exceeds JVM limits, triggering a reset to 337 MB.

When you start MIS for the first time in WebLogic, you'll always see the following message at the top of the MIS log:

'ERROR o.a.activemq.broker.BrokerService - Memory Usage for the Broker (1024 mb) is more than the maximum available for the JVM: 482 mb - resetting to 70% of maximum available: 337 mb'

📌 Note: The JVM size and percentage values may vary depending on your environment.

Even though it's labeled as an error, this message is expected and nothing to worry about. The MIS server and deployment have started up correctly.
