The Orion EIV integration stops working when the certificate expires. To fix this, you'll need to update the certificate in Mosaic:
Log into Mosaic.
Click Tools, then select Configuration Tools.
Click Certificate Stores.
Select the appropriate certificate store.
Make sure the certificate is in the correct format.
Copy and paste the certificate into the system.
