This issue usually happens when unsupported characters or formatting are copied into a case note.
If you see a (0x0002) error, it’s likely caused by an ASCII dash or hyphen. In the database, this character appears as STX and can prevent the case note from saving or displaying properly.
To avoid this, type directly into the case note field or paste plain text without special formatting.
