Error: 'The Unique line reference is currently being used on another order'

This is a bug in the Mosaic Provider Portal interface that was fixed in interface version 22.2.0.

Older versions of the interface were sending a Unique Line Reference when they didn't need to. Occasionally this would clash with a Mosaic Provider Portal generated number and cause the error above.

To resolve this, you'll need the latest version of the interface installed. To book this, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
