For Mosaic customers with more than one borough, you may have some forms which prompt you to choose between logos to use at the top of the form. If you're expecting this but it's not available, please read the below:

To display the responsible authority logo in the print output options:

  1. Set the ‘enforceResponsibleAuthority’ system_property to ‘TRUE’.

  2. Choose the ‘form_main_logo’ in the print properties of the active template version.

  3. Start and save the form at least once, either in or outside of a step.

The system then performs these checks:

  • It verifies that the subject has a responsible local authority assigned.

  • It retrieves the form’s logo based on the active template version ID.

  • It checks that the form’s logo matches the “default” form logo, which is “form_main_logo”. Note: The logo must be named ‘form_main_logo’. Any other name, such as “form_main_logo.jpg”, won’t work because Mosaic is hard-coded to use a certain value.

  • It retrieves the responsible local authority logo for the subject.

  • It matches the available logos from the MO_LIBRARY_BLOBS table with the responsible local authority’s logo for the subject. If there’s a match, it sends the available logos to be displayed in the print output screen.
