Error:

'ERROR u.c.c.m.c.p.e.GenericExceptionHandler - Exception (exceptionType=WEB_API_GET_TOKEN_FAILURE) occurred in mis
org.apache.camel.component.http4.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking http://111.11.11.11:7503/mostrain_api/oauth/token?client_id=mis2mosaic&grant_type=client_credentials with statusCode: 401'

This issue could be due to MIS configuration, with passwords not matching the environments being copied.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Check for recent upgrades. If you've upgraded recently, note that newer versions of Mosaic have more complex passwords. During the upgrade, the MIS password might have changed, causing mismatches between different MIS environments and resulting in errors.

  2. Verify passwords by ensuring that the passwords for all environments match. This is crucial to avoid configuration issues.

If you've had a refresh and are now receiving a Wisdom or MIS error, please raise a new case and reference this article for further assistance.
