A fix is available in Mosaic 22.2.5.2 and from version 24.1.0.0 onward.
The query to retrieve the list of co-inhabitants does not check the 'Unknown Address' filter. If the copy case notes icon is clicked on the case notes screen for a person with a dummy/unknown address, all people with the same dummy/unknown address will be returned.
The list of co-inhabitants is retrieved at the point the copy case note icon is clicked on the case note summary screen, rather than when the 'Show unrelated co-inhabitant' button is clicked on the Copy case note screen.
To avoid causing a large number of records being returned until this issue is resolved, workers should only use the copy case note option where the person does not have a 'dummy' address which is set to primary.
