Error within MIS logs:
‘Unable to create a Wisdom session for the user 'Username'. Please confirm this login is a registered Wisdom user and the account is enabled. The inner exception message is detailed below: Invalid username, or account is disabled’
The error message in the MIS Logs indicates that the person doesn't have an account set up in Wisdom. Because of this, Wisdom is blocking access to the associated work for that person.
To resolve this, follow your internal procedures to create or enable a Wisdom account for the person and link it to the correct worker.
