Error when adding an Organisation Meeting - Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.MO_UNIT_MEETING_SESS_CASES'

This has been raised with our Development Team for investigation.

As the error only happens if the same subject is added to the Team/Organisation more than once. It should be possible to work around this by ordering the list of Open Cases by First name and Last Name and removing any duplicate from the meeting before saving.
