This error happens for a few reasons, and we've identified two potential causes:
A form has been duplicated. If you see this error and notice the form's been duplicated, please raise a new case referencing this article and provide the following information:
Affected Person_ID, Workflow_Step_ID.
The Form ID of the form you want to delete.
You haven't assigned one or more Next Actions to a Team or Worker. Assign the appropriate Team or Worker to complete the step successfully.
