Mosaic doesn't have the functionality to delete organisations or make them unavailable, other than for finance purchases, which is what the Available/Referable options refers to.
We are unable to delete organisations manually from the database as they may be connected to cases in so many different ways and it is important to retain that audit, which would not be there if the organisation was deleted.
Instead, we recommend a change of name for those organisations that indicates that they are no longer to be used, making it clear to workers searching for organisations that notes should not be sent to them.
We do have requests from customers to develop this functionality so it is possible to make organisations fully inactive, ensure that whoever has AHA voting accounts within your organisation is made aware of this and can vote on that specific request it will help us to prioritise it for future development.
