Reason a Case Note displays Unknown Worker as creator or updater

In this article, we look at why a case created by an Unknown Worker can't be edited.

This happens when Mosaic cannot find the Worker record for the System User ID associated with the Case Note.

If the worker has only just been created, Mosaic needs up to 2 hours to refresh with the details of new workers. If you come back to the record later the worker should be displayed as expected.

If this is not a new worker or the Unknown Worker still displays the next day, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please provide the Person ID of the affected record.
