Restricted person mode

In this article, we explain why a worker may access a restricted person record when acting for another worker who has permission.

actForNotAllowed (default)

Access to a restricted person is only provided if the worker is not acting for anyone and the worker (or workerโ€™s role or team) has access to the restricted person. Otherwise no access.

actForAllowed

If the worker is not acting for anyone, they can view a restricted person if they have access to that person (by my worker, role or team). If they are acting for another worker, they can view a restricted person only if the worker they are acting for has access to that person (by acted for worker, role or team)
