Although we don’t have any limits on the amount of data that can be stored on a record, as person records are growing over time, we are beginning to receive reports of performance issues accessing particular person records with significant numbers of case notes and documents; regardless of whether an external documents management system is used or local Mosaic documents storage.
We do have an item on the Development backlog to look at the possibility of loading case notes in baches or paging results with a show more option or similar, but this has not yet been assigned to a released version on the roadmap. Improvements have already been made to the Documents and Group Documents screens.
There is no way to report on the amount of data stored against a particular person or organisation but please raise a request on our Aha ideas portal if this is something you'd like to see developed.
