Reset password
Your remote desktop account needs a login and password. If you've forgotten your password, or need it reset, simply go to the MyAccess Digital Assistant so that we can reset it for you.
Ensure to include the following information in your case:
Names of the users.
Email addresses you need to reset.
Request account list
If you need an RDWeb account list for Mosaic, please use the MyAccess Digital Assistant, and we'll provide the list as soon as possible. Specify which product it's for and if you need it within a specific timeframe.
Disable account
If you need to stop a user from using Remote Desktop, such as when they leave the company, simply contact us via the Access Digital Assistant in your MyAccess portal to speak with an engineer and reference the title of this article.
Ensure to include details of the user's name.
