Reset password
Your remote desktop account needs a login and password. If you've forgotten your password, or need it reset, simply raise a new case and we'll reset it for you.
Ensure to include the following information in your case:
Names of the users.
Email addresses you need to reset.
Request account list
If you need an RDWeb account list for Mosaic, please raise a new case, and we'll provide the list as soon as possible. Specify which product it's for and if you need it within a specific timeframe.
Disable account
If you need to stop a user from using Remote Desktop, such as when they leave the company, simply raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Ensure to include details of the user's name.
