Customer Success Portal - Create authorised contacts when on a Success Plan

In this article, we explain how to become an authorised contact so you can raise cases with the Access Group if you’re on a Success Plan.

If you’re on one of our Success Plans, you’ll need to be an authorised contact to raise a case.

To create an authorised contact:

  • Go to our support portal

  • Click Register for an account.

  • Fill in the required information and click Submit application.

Your account can take up to 24 hours to set up. You’ll get an email once it’s ready.

Authorised contact limits by plan:

  • Essential Success Plan: Up to 2 authorised contacts.

  • Standard Success Plan: Up to 4 authorised contacts.

  • Premier Success Plan: Up to 8 authorised contacts.
