The main reason that your change may not be going through is because the end date falls within a financial year for which the calendar has not been activate yet on the Admin Tool.
β
To get Mosaic to recognise the change you are trying to make, you will need to activate your calendar for that period within the Admin Tool.
β
Please note, you really need to be certain that you have all the correct bank holidays added before you activate. Otherwise, if purchases and other package changes are made for the future active year and then you realise that bank holidays are in some way incorrect afterward, that will take work to undo as all purchases across the database in this year will need to be rolled back and reapplied once the bank holidays have been rectified.
β
Work of that nature will need doing in the tables by our SQL Finance Developers manually and therefore this would be chargeable.
